How it works
From denial letter to a cited appeal draft
- 1
Select the denial letter
Choose the de-identified denial letter from your computer. Your browser reads the text locally; the original file is never uploaded to our server. Add the state, plan type and service so the analysis uses the right terminology.
- 2
Add supporting documents
Add evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes and other records. For each one, mark whether it was included in the original prior authorization submission, added after the denial, or unknown. This matters: evidence added after a denial is new information, not something the payer overlooked.
- 3
Review extracted content
Preview the exact text that would be sent. A built-in screen highlights obvious possible identifiers such as names, ID numbers, dates and addresses. Replace or remove them, edit the text directly, or remove the document and start again.
- 4
Confirm de-identification
Confirm that you have reviewed the documents and that they are properly de-identified. Automated screening cannot guarantee de-identification; your professional review is the safeguard.
- 5
Analyze and draft
Receive a point-by-point analysis with verified citations, then generate an editable appeal letter. Download Word or PDF and add patient details on your own approved systems.
